When I was pregnant, your workouts helped me so much that I almost forgot that I was pregnant at all! Thanks to you I had a peaceful, calm and happy pregnancy. I trust you with my body and with my baby.
When I was pregnant I started to have some pain in my back plus I was quite stressed as I do everything at high speed. I always got very relaxed and forgot about the world outside during the time I was in Roxy’s training studio. There is something about the atmosphere there, the music and Roxy’s energy that is very calming. I walked out of the studio feeling less stressed and it helped when I sometimes had back pain.
I personally would love to be able to come into my studio and see Roxy there any day of the week. She is authentically dedicated to helping others, and has spent the majority of her lifetime learning ways to do that very thing.Her open mind and strong connection with intuition, blended with skill and diverse training enables her to work with anyone in any phase of their life. It makes me happy to think of all the people she will help in the future.
I attended Roxy’s pilates classes regularly for a couple of years. I was almost addicted to them. The classes are technically well designed for individual needs with very attentive and skillful tutoring. But there is more than that. They are joyful. You discover the intricate and immense world of movement. And you move not for the mere duty of being fit but to free your body of the mostly unnoticed limits and burdens of your habitus. It is this free spirit that distinguishes Roxy’s classes for me.
